Vinification Process:
After a careful selection of the best grapes, the must ferments
(after the grapes are pressed) without the solid part of the bunch. This process is called “bica aberta”
(fermentation off skins) method. The bottling is made after
the stabilization of the wine.

Tasting Notes:
This wine has a salmon colour rand
has a fruity and elegant aroma. In the palate it is balanced, velvety with a
soft and pleasant flavour.

Recomendations:
Cidnai Palhete is a light, cool wine, with low alcoholic degree, slightly sparkling and therefore adjusted for a relaxed end of afternoon,
as well as to the
accompanying of tapas, titbits, fish and shellfish. It should be served at a
temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
